100,001 - 250,000 transactions per month - $.15 per sale/auth/refund transaction
250,001 - 500,000 transactions per month - $.12 per sale/auth/refund transaction
500,000 + transactions per month - $.10 per sale/auth/refund transaction
+ $.05 per decline
